Annual Maintenance Contract/PC/LAN Desktop Help Desk
With our hardware Maintenance Contract, we ensure that the client faced short downtime for their PCs and other equipment. This service is based in the two approaches of schedules preventive maintenance and dedicated technical support and is usually contracted for a year. Together with our LAN Desktop Helpdesk support, our clients are also saves from anxiety when problems appear in their LAN NOS and off-the-self application software programs.

Outsource Vendor
This service currently focuses on the placement of Engineers/Help/Software Developers, IT personnel at the clients’ premises, thereby allowing the client’s IT personnel to concentrate on their mission critical work while our people handle the daily technical requirements. Some clients have also relied on our technicians to help them cut their learning curve on new equipment or software, including Network Operating Systems. With some clients, we are given the added responsibility of equipment recommendation and purchases or to perform as part of their IT department.

Troubleshoot PC/LAN/WAN
PC LAN-WAN Trouble shooting & System Integration Services
This service may be provided on an ad-hoc as required basis or in hourly packages of 10, 30 and 50 hours. This services allows clients with insufficient requirement for a full-time IT stuff to also enjoy the support and technical expertise of qualified network engineers without the attendant HR issues from a normal staff recruitment.

Project Management/Disaster Recovery/Systems Integration
This service was developed to support the overseas requirements for our MNC clients; particularly when the OHQ unit wanted to roll out their hardware & software to their branches overseas in the name of standardization & efficiency. We have now extended this capability to local companies. Due to the breadth for our services, we also advise on disaster recovery and planning solution, firewall and web server intrusion solution to suit a wide range of budgets and sophistication.

Web design & Hosting
Web Design and sites are increasing seen to be part of the marketing efforts of a company. However, we still find that most companies are experimenting on this.
We suspect that their reasons for these are:

  2. Wary of the design cost involved, particularly those charged by the ‘branded’   companies. Some even charged an annual fee for a hyperlink!
